Seller reviewI have never needed to personally sell a home but due to the death of both my parents within a 7 week period, I found myself in need of a realtor who would help me sell a 105 year old home. Melissa was recommended to me. She came and did a walk thru while both parents were still living. She was so very kind and warm to them. She quickly got back to me with a property summation and thoroughly explained the whole process. When my parents passed, I called Melissa and she got right on it. Again, she explained everything very well and made the whole process easier than I could have imagined. She knew exactly how to price the property to get the maximum views and wow did it work! There just isn't anything I would change. I can't thank Melissa enough for helping to make a difficult situation for me way more bearable. I appreciate all the help she gave. Could not be happier with Melissa or with Century21.

She was very helpful and patient in making sure I understood everything as we went through all the steps in the selling process. Melissa's professional experience in presentation of the property, the large number of showings and on-line views in such a short time was amazing. Would recommend or use her skills again for a real estate transaction in a heart beat!
